b. Replace wiper motor (WP

16. Windshield Washer Not Working.
1. Ensure that windshield washer
circuit breaker number 9 is not
tripped.
Reset circuit breakers as required
(WP 0073 00).
2. Inspect windshield washer
motor wiring harnesses and
connectors
for
damage,
continuity, and proper voltage
(24V) (WP 0199 00-40).
a. Repair or replace damaged
wires or connectors (WP
0111 00).
b. Replace washer motor (WP
0157 00).
3. Check accessory control lever
switches
and
wiring
for
damage and continuity (WP
0199 00-40).
Replace
damaged
accessory
control lever unit (WP 0112 00).
CAB INTERIOR LIGHTS AND 12-V UTILITY
PLUG
17. Cab Interior Light(s) Not Working.
1. Check position of blackout
drive/marker light switch.
Place blackout drive/marker light
switch in OFF position.
2. Ensure that cab light circuit
breaker number 2 is not
tripped.
Reset circuit breakers as required
(WP 0073 00).
3. Inspect cab lights for damage
or burned out lamps.
a. Replace burned out lamps
(WP 0088 00).
b. Replace damaged cab light
(WP 0088 00).
18. 12-V Utility Plug Not Working.
1. Ensure that voltage converter
unit circuit breaker number 14
is not tripped.
Reset circuit breaker as required
(WP 0073 00).
2. Check 12/24V converter 5
amp fuse.
Replace 5 amp fuse (WP 0073
00).
3. Check voltage converter unit
for proper voltage. Voltage
should be 24V in and 12V out.
Replace voltage converter unit if
voltage is not as specified (WP
0073 00).
