Error Code 119 - Brake System Pressure, Circuit
1 Failure
1. Check if accumulator evac-
uation valves are open (WP
0164 00).
Close accumulator evacuation
valves.
2. Check hydraulic accumulator
pressure at test point 1 (WP
0186 00).
If pressure is not present,
perform
troubleshooting
procedures Braking is Poor or
Nonexistent (WP 0006 00).
3. Remove cab circuit breaker
panel cover and ensure that
circuit breaker F3 is not
tripped.
Reset circuit breaker as required
(WP 0073 00).
4. Remove panel in front of
brake pedals and check brake
pressure switch 204-1 for
damage
and
loose
connections.
a. Connect
any
loose
or
disconnected connections.
b. Replace
brake
pressure
switch if damaged (WP 0097
00).
5. Check continuity between
brake pressure switch 204-1
pin 1 and pin 4.
If continuity is not present when
brake pressure is present, replace
brake pressure switch (WP 0097
00).
6. Remove cab circuit breaker
panel cover, open electrical
panel, and locate connector
X26.
7. Remove servo ECU (790)
cover from operators seat
base and slide ECU mounting
tray out (WP 0079 00).
8. Disconnect servo ECU (790)
connector 1.
