TOPHANDLER AND STEERING HYDRAULIC PUMP ASSEMBLY REPLACEMENT - CONTINUED

CAUTION
Wipe area clean around all hydraulic connections prior to disconnecting. Cap or plug all openings
after disconnecting. Contamination of hydraulic system could result in equipment failure.
NOTE
Remove nylon straps and remove and discard tiedown straps as necessary to gain free movement
in hydraulic hoses.
Tag all hydraulic lines.
REMOVAL
1.
Trace two supply hoses (13) under pump (4) back to hydraulic reservoir. Close ball valves in supply hoses at reservoir.
2.
Loosen clamp (12) and disconnect supply hose (13) from hose (11). Also loosen two hose clamps and disconnect other
supply hose from hose connection.
3.
Disconnect hoses (1 and 14) from tee (2).
4.
Disconnect hose (7) from fitting (6).
5.
Disconnect hose (10) from fitting (9).

NOTE
Witness mark terminal block, check valve, and pump to ensure correct installation.
6.
Remove four screws (20), flange (19), hose (21), and O-ring (18) from terminal block (5). Discard O-ring.
7.
Remove terminal block (5), O-ring (17), check valve (16), and O-ring (15) from pump (4). Discard O-rings.
