Push down to adjust seat up or down.

Seat Cushion Tilt Adjustment
Pull up to tilt seat cushion.

Damper Control Lever
Pull out crank handle and rotate knob for desired amount of
dampening (firm or soft).

Fore-Aft Adjustment Lever
Lift up and slide seat forward or back. Release lever to lock seat in
desired position.
