b. If valves are not closed, turn flywheel 360
degrees (1 turn) counterclockwise and in-
stall the timing bolt.
NOTE
If you turn the flywheel so the hole in the fly-
wheel passes the hole in the flywheel housing,
a. Turn the flywheel back (clockwise) at least
30 degrees beyond the hole in the flywheel.
b. Turn the flywheel counterclockwise to the
hole again.
