Ensure that ignition switch isin OFF position and check allengine and vehicle power andground connections forcorrosion and loose con-nections.a. Tighten loose connections.b. Repair or replace damagedconnections (WP 0111 00).2. With ignition switch in OFFposition, disconnect OEMharness from engine ECU(794). Disconnect positive (+)and negative (-) battery cablesfrom battery.3. Check engine ECU (794)connectors for moisture.Dry connectors as required.4. Check all power resistances:a. If resistance is not asspecified, repair engineharness connectors (WP 011100).b. Notify SRA to replace engineharness.a. Measure resistance fromengine harness connectorpin 7 to positive (+) batteryterminal. Resistance shouldbe less than 10 ohms.b. Measure resistance fromengine harness connectorpin 8 to positive (+) batteryterminal. Resistance shouldbe less than 10 ohms.c.
