MALFUNCTION TEST OR INSPECTION CORRECTIVE ACTION Error Code 433 - Steering Hydraulic System Filter Sensor, Broken Circuit Failure 1. Inspect sensor 755-2 and wires between sensor and junction box X198 for damage. If wires or sensor are damaged, replace sensor (WP 0102 00). 2. Check continuity between junction box X198 pin 5 and connector X195 pin 2. a. If continuity between pins, repair or replace connectors (WP 0111 00). b. If continuity (short) to chassis, repair or replace connectors (WP 0111 00). c. If continuity is present, notify SRA. 3. Check continuity between junction box X198 pin 1 and connector X195 pin 9. a. If continuity between pins, repair or replace connectors (WP 0111 00). b. If continuity (short) to chassis, repair or replace connectors (WP 0111 00). c. If continuity is present, notify SRA. 4. Check continuity between connector X195 pin 2 and ECU (792) connector pin X153. a. If continuity between pins, repair or replace connectors (WP 0111 00). b. If continuity (short) to chassis, repair or replace connectors (WP 0111 00). c. If continuity is present, notify SRA.
