PARKING BRAKE CONTROL VALVE REPLACEMENT - CONTINUED

INSTALLATION
NOTE
Refer to General Maintenance Instructions (WP 0194 00) for complete instructions on connecting hydraulic
hoses and applying proper torque.
1.
If removed, install control valve bracket (1) to cab with two new locknuts (10).
2.
Install control valve (4) to control valve bracket (1) with two screws (7), washers (6), and new locknuts (5).
3.
Install switch (11) to control valve (4).
4.
Connect two connectors (12) of wiring harness to switch (11).
5.
Install three fittings (8) to control valve (4).
6.
Connect three hydraulic hoses (9) to fittings (8).
7.
Check level of oil in hydraulic reservoir and add oil as needed (LO 10-3930-675-12).
8.
Start engine (TM 10-3930-675-10) and check for leaks.
9.
Install cover (3) to control valve bracket (1) with four screws (2).
NOTE
Replace hydraulic reservoir return filters after 100 hours of operation (WP 0183 00).
