MUFFLER AND EXHAUST PIPE REPLACEMENT - CONTINUED

REMOVAL - CONTINUED
INSTALLATION
NOTE
Perform following step to install exhaust system support bracket, if removed.
1.
Install bracket (19) to vehicle with two screws (31), washers (30), and nuts (29).
2.
Install exhaust pipe (25) to turbocharger (27) and tighten clamp (26).
3.
Install exhaust hose (28) and exhaust pipe (32) to bracket (19) with U-bolt (18), two washers (17), and nuts (16).
4.
Tighten two clamps (24) of exhaust hose (28).
5.
Install heat shield (20) to exhaust hose (28) and exhaust pipe (32) with three U-bolts (24), six washers (22), and nuts
(21).
NOTE
Perform following step to install support brackets.
6.
Install two brackets (9) to vehicle with four screws (15), washers (14), and nuts (13).
7.
While supporting muffler (11), install muffler and exhaust pipe (1) with two clamps (10 and 12).
8.
Install exhaust pipe (1) to two brackets (9) with two U-bolts (8), four washers (7), and nuts (6).
9.
Install heat shield (2) to exhaust pipe (1) with three U-bolts (5), six washers (4), and nuts (3).
