COOLING SYSTEM HOSES REPLACEMENT - CONTINUED

CAB INTERFACE UNIT-TO-WATER PUMP HOSE REMOVAL
1.
Remove transmission access covers (WP 0135 00).
2.
Loosen clamp (5) and disconnect hose (4) from cab interface unit (1) at rear of cab.
3.
Loosen clamp (2) and remove other end of hose (4) from water pump (3).
CAB INTERFACE UNIT-TO-WATER PUMP HOSE INSTALLATION
1.
Install hose (4) to water pump (3) and tighten clamp (2).
2.
Connect other end of hose (4) to cab interface unit (1) at rear of cab and tighten clamp (5).
3.
Refill cooling system (WP 0063 00).
4.
Install transmission access covers (WP 0135 00).
CAB INTERFACE UNIT-TO-ENGINE BLOCK HOSE REMOVAL
1.
Remove transmission access covers (WP 0135 00).
2.
Loosen clamp (6) and disconnect hose (7) from cab interface unit (1) at rear of cab.
3.
Loosen clamp (8) and remove other end of hose (7) from engine block (9).
