WINDSHIELD WASHER RESERVOIR AND PUMP REPLACEMENT - CONTINUED

WINDSHIELD WASHER RESERVOIR INSTALLATION
NOTE
Perform step 1 to install bracket on rear of cab.
1.
Install bracket (4) on cab with four screws (6).
2.
Install windshield washer reservoir (1) on bracket (4).
3.
Fill windshield washer reservoir (1) with windshield cleaning compound.
4.
Install cap (2).
NOTE
Step 5 applies to USMC vehicles ONLY.
5.
For USMC vehicles, install washer reservoir cover (5) on bracket (4) and washer reservoir (1).
6.
Connect tube (3) to cap fitting (2).
WINDSHIELD WASHER PUMP REMOVAL
1.
Lift and remove left access cover (6) from rear of cab.
2.
Disconnect elastic loop (7) from top of circuit breaker/relay box (8). Lift box and tilt box forward to gain access to
windshield washer pump behind box.
