INDICATOR LIGHTS
LOW ENG OIL LEVEL INDICATOR REMAINS ON
(PRESTART)
Engine not running. Engine oil level normal. (See page 2-152.) POWER switch ON.
This circuit uses a normally-closed (N. C.) magnetic float switch which will be closed if the oil level in the engine oil pan is too low. Power to the
circuit is supplied by the alternator relay terminal 2 when the POWER switch is in the ON position. The circuit is deactivated after the engine starts.
