Depress to increase engine speed; release to decrease engine speed.
Pedal is electrically linked to the ECM.

Transmission Disconnect Brake
Depress to release internal transmission clutch. This allows the
Pedal
operator to increase engine RPM, thereby accelerating hydraulic
functions.

Parking Brake Lever
Push lever forward to apply; raise collar on lever and pull to the rear
to release. The parking brake should never be applied as an emergency
brake or while the vehicle is moving. Application of the parking brake
while the vehicle is moving can result in major drive train damage.
