If 20-25V is present, checkcontinuity between con-nector X154 pin 3 and ECU(790) connector 2 pin 9.If continuity is not present,repair or replace connectors (WP0111 00).b. If no voltage is present,check continuity betweenconnector X154 pin 3 andemergency stop switch 250pin 2.If continuity is not present,repair or replace connectors (WP0111 00).5. Move operator’s cab totransport position and removetransmission rear accesscover (WP 0135 00).6. Disconnect electrical con-nector from boom downsolenoid 6004 and performvoltage check. If voltage isnot present, perform thefollowing continuity checks.If 20-25V is present at connector6004, replace boom downsolenoid (WP 0169 00).Check continuity betweenconnector X158 pin 3 andsolenoid 6004 connectorpin 1 and betweenconnector X158 pin 4 andsolenoid 6004 connectorpin 2.a. If continuity is not present,repair or replace connectors(WP 0111 00). b. If wiring harness must bereplaced, notify SRA.7. Enter “DIAG SERVO 9 (13)”menu and check current ofOUTPUT LOWER. Currentshould be present withjoystick activated to lowerboom.If current is not present, replaceECU (790) (WP 0079 00).
