TM 10-3930-675-20-20133 00-2FRONT AND REAR AXLE STEERING CYLINDERS REPLACEMENT - CONTINUED0133 00REMOVAL1.Disconnect two hydraulic hoses (3) from two elbows (4).2.Cap/plug both hydraulic hoses (3).3.Loosen jamnuts (5) and remove two elbows (4).4.Remove bolt (8) and washer (9).5.Using a hammer, tap out shaft (1) and remove grease fitting (2).6.Remove and discard two o-rings (7).7.Repeat steps 4 thru 6 for opposite end of cylinder (6).8.Remove cylinder (6).INSTALLATIONNOTERefer to General Maintenance Instructions (WP 0194 00) for complete instructions on connecting hydraulichoses and applying proper torque.1.Lubricate two new o-rings (7) with lubricating oil.2.Apply antiseize compound on shaft (1).3.Aline cylinder (6) end and two o-rings (7) to mounting bracket so that shaft (1) can be installed.4.Tap shaft (1) into place using hammer and install grease fitting (2).5.Install washer (9) and bolt (8).6.Repeat steps 1 thru 5 for opposite end of cylinder (6).7.Install two elbows (4) and tighten jamnuts (5).8.Remove cap/plug from two hydraulic hoses (3) and install hoses on two elbows (4).8,91234567
