Pull up on steering column base (5) and support in upward position to access brake valve (7) underneath.

Remove two screws (8) and separate steering column base (5) from brake valve (7).

NOTE
Remove and discard tiedown straps as necessary.
5.
Disconnect connector (11) of throttle position sensor (13) from wiring harness (12).
6.
Disconnect connector (9) of brake inching switch from wiring harness (10).
7.
Remove steering column base (5) from vehicle.
