WARNING
Use extreme caution when handling heavy parts. Provide adequate support and use assistance
during procedure. Ensure that any lifting device used is in good condition and of suitable load
capacity. Keep clear of heavy parts supported only by lifting device. Failure to follow this warning
may result in death or injury to personnel.
Lifting device must have sufficient capacity to lift reservoir. Use a forklift truck with a 2,000-lb
capacity to install reservoir. Failure to follow this warning may result in injury to personnel.
5.
Using forklift truck, position reservoir (4) and secure to frame with six washers (30) and screws (29).
6.
At top front of hydraulic reservoir (4), install three hydraulic hoses as follows:
a.
Lubricate new O-ring (28). Install new O-ring and hose (31) with flange (27) and four screws (26).
b.
Connect two hoses (32 and 33) to two adapter fittings (34).

NOTE
If vehicle is equipped with arctic heater, perform steps 7 and 8. If vehicle is not equipped with arctic
heater, proceed to step 9.
7.
Position arctic heater electrical and fuel lines (15) with support on hydraulic reservoir (4) and secure with two screws
(11) and washers (12).
8.
Install screw (24) and hose clamp (25). Install new tiedown straps as necessary.
9.
Install sensor (22) with electrical lead (23) and flange (14) with four screws (13).
