BOOM SUPPORT REPLACEMENT - CONTINUED

REMOVAL
CAUTION
DO NOT sit or step on hoses or pipes. Failure to comply could cause bending damage.
1.
Remove eight bolts (2) and four clamps (1) from rear of boom support (3).
2.
Disconnect and cap hoses (5) and pipes (4). Lay along frame, on left and right sides. Bundle wire harness (9) and set
aside.
3.
Remove sixteen bolts (6), washers (7), and two cover plates (8) from inside of boom support (3).

CAUTION
Wipe clean area around all hydraulic connections prior to disconnecting. Cap or plug all openings
after disconnecting. Contamination of hydraulic system could result in equipment failure.
4.
Remove eight bolts (11) and washers (12) from boom support and remove cover (10) from vehicle. Repeat for other
side.
