Raising the Front Load Restraint Plates.
NOTE
Both front load restraint plates are raised the same way.
(1) Remove special bolt (1) holding front load restraint plate (2) to deck (3) using 3/4" open end
wrench.
(2) Lift front load restraint plate (2) from deck (3) and position plate into two slots (4) of deck
with flat side of plate facing center of deck. Capture load restraint plate (2) with bolt in lug
(5).

Lowering the Front Load Restraint Plates.
NOTE
Both front load restraint plates are lowered the same way.
(1) Loosen special bolt (1), lift front load restraint plate (2) from two slots (4) of deck (3) and
position plate to deck with flat side of plate facing downward.
(2) Install special bolt (1) thru front load restraint plate (2) and into deck (3). Tighten special bolt
with 3/4" open end wrench.
