Place ignition switch in OFF position. Disconnect actuator harness from engine ECU. Disconnect actuator wire from fuel shutoff valve. Measure resistance from pin 33 of actuator harness connector to all other pins in connector. Resistance should be more than 100K ohms. If engine harness requires replacement, notify SRA. USE TEST LEAD KIT P/N 3822758 >100K OHMS 33 TEST ALL PINS
