Rinse thoroughly. 2.Inspect expansion tank for cracks that could cause leaks. Replace if tank is cracked or otherwise damaged.3.Inspect all other removed components for damage. Replace if damaged.ASSEMBLY1.Install new gasket (22), plug (21), new o-ring (20), and nipple (19) to underside of expansion tank (9).2.Install rubber ring (14) and cover (13).INSTALLATION1.Install expansion tank mounting bracket (15) with two screws (18), four washers (17), and two nuts (16).2.Install hose (6) to bottom side of expansion tank (9) and tighten clamp (10).3.Position expansion tank (9) and connect two hoses (12) to underside of tank.
