CAB TRANSPORT LIFT INSTALLATION
1.
Install two shims (7) and rails (8) to cab transport lift (1) with eight washers (6), four screws (5), and new locknuts (4).
WARNING
•
Use extreme caution when handling heavy parts. Provide adequate support and use assistance during
procedure. Ensure that any lifting device used is in good condition and of suitable load capacity. Keep
clear of heavy parts supported only by lifting device. Failure to follow this warning may result in death
or injury to personnel.
•
Lifting device must have a 2000 lb (908 kg) capacity to lift cab transport lift. Failure to follow this
warning may result in death or injury to personnel.
2.
Attach a nylon sling to cab lift support (1) and suitable lifting device. Take up slack in nylon sling.
