TM 10-3930-675-20-20156 00-9WINDSHIELD WIPER MAINTENANCE - CONTINUED0156 00ROOF WINDOW WINDSHIELD WIPER AND MOTOR REMOVAL - CONTINUED3.From outside cab, remove wiper blade (52) from wiper arm (53).4.Remove hose (65) from wiper arm (53).5.Lift cover and remove nut (54), lockwasher (55), and wiper arm (53) from motor shaft (59). Discard lockwasher.6.Remove plastic cap (56), nut (60), and seal ring from end of motor shaft (59).7.Remove two screws (61), washers (62), seal (63), spacer (64), and windshield wiper motor (48) from roof window. Dis-card seal.8.If damaged, remove hoses (65) inside and outside cab from fitting (57). Remove fitting and grommet (58) from roofwindow.ROOF WINDOW WINDSHIELD WIPER AND MOTOR INSTALLATIONNOTETo install wiper blade and arm only, perform steps 4 and 5.1.If removed, install grommet (58) and fitting (57) to roof window. Install hoses (65) inside and outside cab to fitting.2.Position new seal (63), spacer (64), and windshield wiper motor (48) against roof window with motor shaft (59) thruopening in roof window. Install two washers (62) and screws (61).3.From outside cab, install seal ring, nut (60), and plastic cap (56) on end of motor shaft (59).4.Install wiper arm (53) on motor shaft (59) with new lockwasher (55) and nut (54). Close cover over nut. Secure hose(65) to wiper arm.5.Install wiper blade (52) on wiper arm (53).6.Inside cab, connect wiring harness connector (49) to motor connector (50). Secure wires and hoses together with newtiedown straps (51) around windshield wiper motor (48).7.Install cover (47) on windshield wiper motor (48) with two screws (46).525354,55565758596061,626563,64
