TM 10-3930-675-20-20057 00-3ENGINE AIR INTAKE HOSES AND TUBES REPLACEMENT - CONTINUED0057 00TURBOCHARGER-TO-CHARGE AIR COOLER HOSES AND TUBES REMOVAL1.Remove radiator top grating (WP 0137 00).2.Loosen four hose clamps (29) and remove hose (32), tube (31), and hose (30) from turbocharger (18) and tube (28).3.Loosen two hose clamps (26) and remove hose (27) from tube (25) and tube (28).4.Remove U-clamp (24) holding tube (25) to bracket (33).5.Loosen two hose clamps (22) and remove tube (25) and hose (23) from charge air cooler (21).TURBOCHARGER-TO-CHARGE AIR COOLER HOSES AND TUBES INSTALLATION1.Install hose (23) and tube (25) to charge air cooler (21) and tighten two hose clamps (22).2.Install tube (25) to bracket (33) with U-clamp (24).3.Install hose (27) to tube (25) and tube (28) and tighten two hose clamps (26).4.Install hose (30), tube (31), and hose (32) to tube (28) and turbocharger (18) and tighten four clamps (29).5.Install radiator top grating (WP 0137 00).CHARGE AIR COOLER-TO-ENGINE AIR INTAKE MANIFOLD HOSES AND TUBES REMOVAL1.Remove radiator top grating (WP 0137 00).2.Remove radiator splash shield (WP 0136 00).21222322242526272628293029312932291833TOP VIEW
