TM 10-3930-675-20-2 0057 00-4 ENGINE AIR INTAKE HOSES AND TUBES REPLACEMENT - CONTINUED 0057 00 CHARGE AIR COOLER-TO-ENGINE AIR INTAKE MANIFOLD HOSES AND TUBES REMOVAL - CONTINUED 3. Loosen two hose clamps (34) and remove hose (35) from charge air cooler (21) and tube (37). 4. Remove U-clamp (36) holding tube (37) to bracket (49). 5. Loosen two hose clamps (38) and remove tube (37) and hose (39) from tube (40). 6. Loosen two hose clamps (41) and remove hose (42) from tube (40) and tube (43). 7. Remove U-clamp (44) holding tube (43) to bracket (45). 8. Loosen two hose clamps (46) and remove tube (43) and hose (47) from air intake connector (48) of engine air intake manifold. CHARGE AIR COOLER-TO-ENGINE AIR INTAKE MANIFOLD HOSES AND TUBES INSTALLATION 1. Install hose (47) and tube (43) to air intake connector (48) of engine air intake manifold and tighten two hose clamps (46). 2. Install tube (43) to bracket (45) with U-clamp (44). 3. Install hose (42) to tube (43) and tube (40) and tighten two hose clamps (41). 4. Install hose (39) and tube (37) to tube (40) and tighten two hose clamps (38). 5. Install tube (37) to bracket (49) with U-clamp (36). 6. Install hose (35) to tube (37) and charge air cooler (21) and tighten two hose clamps (34). 7. Install radiator splash shield (WP 0136 00). 8.
