Adjust tube expander to 1-1/16 in. (27 mm) between collar and roller edge. Install tube expander, tighten expander to 75
lb-in. (9 Nm), and expand upper portion of injector sleeve.

Remove tube expander and injector sleeve holding tool.
NOTE
Ensure cutting oil is used to lubricate injector sleeve cutter.
15.
Vehicle injector sleeve until sealing area is smooth, using injector seal cutter, pilot, and holder.
16.
Install fuel injectors (WP 0215 00).
17.
Install cylinder head (WP 0199 00).
