Remove three hoses (32) and O-rings (33) from valve (27). Discard O-rings.

Remove three fittings (31) from valve (27).

NOTE
hydraulic hoses and applying proper torque.
Perform step 1 to install fittings removed from old valve, if a new valve is being installed.
1.
Install three fittings (31) on valve (27).
2.
Lubricate and install three new O-rings (33).
3.
Install and tighten three hoses (32) on valve (27).
4.
Install valve (27) to mounting plate (26) with two bolts (28), washers (30), and nuts (29). Tighten in accordance with

Install clamps and new tiedown straps as needed, in same position as noted during removal.
6.
At hydraulic reservoir, open any ball valve that may have been closed.
7.
Check oil level in hydraulic reservoir (WP 0050 00).
8.
Start engine (TM 10-3930-675-10) and check for leaks.
9.
Install rear access cover plate (WP 0142 00).
10.
Move cab back to operational position (TM 10-3930-675-10).
