Underneath instrument panel, disconnect connectors from A/C control switch, disconnect cable from heater temperature
control, and remove A/C temperature control (WP 0073 00).
3.
Disconnect two heater hoses from side of cab heater and A/C unit (WP 0190 00).
CAUTION
Water and dirt can damage refrigerant system. Refrigerant lines should be capped after disconnection
to avoid contamination.
4.
Loosen two fitting nuts (5) and disconnect two A/C hoses (6 and 7) from expansion valve (4).
5.
Loosen four hose clamps and disconnect four flexible ducts from top of cab heater and A/C unit (8).
6.
Remove screw and disconnect white ground wire from top corner of cab heater and A/C unit (8).
