Cylinder liner protrusion MUST be checked for each replaced cylinder liner as follows:
a.
Install cylinder liner driver across liner and secure to cylinder. Tighten forcing screw to 100 lb-ft (136 Nm)

Using dial indicating depth gage, measure liner protrusion at four points 90 degrees apart. Measurement must be
0.000 to 0.005 in. (0.00 to 0.13 mm). If measurement varies more than 0.0010 in. (0.025 mm) for each 180
degrees, replace liner.
