Remove two capscrews (10) securing pipe
clamps (11), hoses (9) and rubber insert (12).
7. REMOVE WEAR PAD (7) AND SHIM (8) FROM

d. Pass hoses through holes in top of beam and

HYDRAULIC HOSES FROM BEAM AS FOLLOWS:
1. INSPECT OUTRIGGER BEAMS FOR BENDS,
EVIDENCE OF CRACKS, OR OTHER DAMAGE.
a. If not disconnected, tag and disconnect hoses
CHECK OUTRIGGER BEAM INTERNALLY FOR
(9) from jack cylinder.
HYDRAULIC FLUID, WHICH MAY INDICATE A
LEAKING CYLINDER, LOOSE CONNECTION, OR
b. If not removed, remove extension cylinder.
DAMAGED HYDRAULIC LINE.
