MALFUNCTION
There is mud and debris in and around both container lower castings.
CORRECTIVE ACTION
Clean mud and debris from container lower castings.
MALFUNCTION
There is mud and debris in and around both lift frame lower locking plates.
CORRECTIVE ACTION
Clean mud and debris from lift frame lower locking plates.
MALFUNCTION
One or both locking plates are damaged or bent.
CORRECTIVE ACTION
Notify Field Maintenance.
