REAR TWISTLOCKS WILL NOT ENGAGE INTO CONTAINER LOWER CASTINGS
MALFUNCTION
There is mud and debris in and around both container lower castings.
CORRECTIVE ACTION
Clean mud and debris from container lower castings.
MALFUNCTION
Container is not fully stowed on vehicle.
CORRECTIVE ACTION
Reload container on vehicle (WP 0008).
MALFUNCTION
One or both twistlocks are damaged or bent.
CORRECTIVE ACTION
Notify Field Maintenance.
