INTRODUCTION
1.
Before loading a container, ensure the following conditions are met:
a.
Container is of correct type and size for E-CHU and vehicle.
b.
Weight of cargo in container does not exceed maximum rating of container.
c.
Cargo in container is evenly distributed.
d.
Cargo is sufficiently secured for container to be inclined up to 35 to horizontal.
e.
Center of gravity of cargo is as low and central as possible.
f.
Total weight of cargo and container does not cause GVWR of vehicle to be exceeded, or GAWR of
any axle to be exceeded.
2.
If a container is stuck or frozen to ground, loosen it with an adequately rated forklift truck or bucket loader.
Do not attempt to loosen container with E-CHU.
