9-19. BUMPER REPLACEMENT.

Removal.
NOTE
This procedure shows replacement of one bumper. Replacement is the same for the
other bumper.
It is necessary to hold bumper nut (1) while turning socket head screws with a 3/8-
inch hex key while loosening nuts (1).

Remove two nuts (1), lock washers (2), flat washers (3) and socket head screws (4) from
bumper (5). Discard lock washers.
(2) Remove bumper (5) from end rail (6).

Installation.
(1)
Position bumper (5) to end rail (6).
(2) Install two socket head screws (4), flat washers (3), lock washers (2) and nuts (1).
c.
Follow-on Maintenance. None.
