Piston assembly
a. Insert in correct bore.

Using wooden rod (or hammer handle),
softly tap piston assembly into bore until
rod bearing seats on crankshaft journal.
NOTE
Next install piston assembly that rides the
same crankshaft journal but occupies bore on
opposite bank.
Make sure each piston assembly is installed
so that flat sides of connecting rods face
each other and chamfered sides face
toward crankshaft.
