Disconnect sensor harness from intake air temperature sensor and disconnect sensor harness from engine ECU. Perform the following resistance checks: If engine harness requires replacement, notify SRA. a. Measure resistance from pin 40 of sensor harness connector to all other pins in sensor harness. Resistance should be greater than 100k ohms. b. Measure resistance from pin 38 of sensor harness connector to all other pins in sensor harness. Resistance should be greater than 100k ohms. USE TEST LEAD KIT P/N 3822758 >100K OHMS
