TM 10-3930-675-20-2 0067 00-2 WATER PUMP REPLACEMENT - CONTINUED 0067 00 REMOVAL - CONTINUED 1. Remove water pump pulley retaining screw (1). NOTE Ensure puller mounting screws are threaded all the way thru puller before applying pressure to puller screw. 2. Use mechanical puller (2) and remove water pump pulley (3). NOTE Dust seal is removed as seal carrier is removed; or use a heel bar or similar tool to pry dust seal away from seal case. Then remove by hand. 3. Remove dust seal (4). Discard dust seal. 4. Remove five screws (8), clamping ring (7), oil seal (6), and gasket (5). Discard oil seal and gasket. 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 8
