BOOM-TO-BOOM EXTENSION FLEXIBLE CONVEYER MAINTENANCE - CONTINUED

DISASSEMBLY
NOTE
Perform following steps to disassemble conveyer and remove damaged or excessively worn links.
1.
At each end of crossbar (25), use a flat-tipped screwdriver as a lever to pry upward on crossbar.
2.
Remove crossbar (25) from each of two links (26) and two spacers (27).
3.
At each clip (29), use a flat-tipped screwdriver as a lever to pry upward on clip.
4.
Remove clip (29) from each of two links (26).
5.
Repeat steps 1 thru 4 at top and bottom of links (26) to be removed.
6.
With conveyer on a flat surface, insert flat-tipped screwdriver between sides of two adjacent links (26 and 28).
7.
Pry links (26 and 28) slightly apart and separate two links of conveyer.
8.
Pry additional adjacent links apart to remove links from conveyer.
