TM 10-3930-675-20-20055 00-2FUEL SOLENOID SHUTOFF VALVE REPLACEMENT - CONTINUED0055 00INSTALLATIONNOTE•Assemble components of new fuel shutoff valve in following order.•Ensure coil is a single terminal coil.1.Place spacer (6) with o-ring groove, coil side up, on clean surface and install new o-ring seal (7).2.Install actuator disc (8) with cup side toward coil (12).3.Install valve disc (9) with raised area up.4.Install spring washer (10) with cup side toward coil (12).5.Install fuel shield (11) and coil (12).6.Hold assembly together and install with new o-ring seal (7) on fuel pump (5).7.Secure fuel shutoff valve (4) to fuel pump (5) with four screws (1). Tighten screws to 30 lb-in (3.4 Nm).8.Connect wire lead (2) to fuel shutoff valve (4) with nut (3).
