Cap/plug hydraulic openings.2.At each end of cylinder (5), remove retaining pin (1), spacer (2), and shaft (3).3.Remove cylinder (5) from mounting bracket (9) and link (7).4.Remove two fittings (4) from cylinder (5).INSTALLATIONNOTERefer to General Maintenance Instructions (WP 0194 00) for complete instructions on connecting hydraulichoses and applying proper torque.1.Install two fittings (4) to cylinder (5).2.Aline cylinder (5) to mounting bracket (9) and link (7).3.At each end of cylinder (5), install shaft (3), spacer (2), and retaining pin (1).4.Remove cap/plug from hydraulic openings and connect two tees (8) to fittings (4) and tighten two fitting nuts (6).5.Adjust proximity switches (WP 0074 00).6.Check oil level in hydraulic reservoir (LO 10-3930-675-12).7.Start engine (TM 10-3930-675-10), operate twistlock cylinders, and check for leaks.NOTEReplace hydraulic reservoir return filters after 100 hours of operation (WP 0183 00).END OF WORK PACKAGE1,2,3655217389644
