TM 10-3930-675-20-20171 00-2CAB LIFTING CYLINDER REPLACEMENT - CONTINUED0171 00REMOVAL1.Raise cab lifting cylinders to the fully raised position (TM 10-3930-675-10).2.Place wood cribbing under cab transport lift (3) to hold cab transport lift in raised position.3.Relieve hydraulic system pressure (WP 0164 00).4.Close hydraulic reservoir ball valve (WP 0179 00).5.Disconnect two hydraulic hoses (9) from cylinder (4). Cap/plug both hydraulic hoses (9). Remove and discard o-rings.6.Remove pin (2) from top of cylinder (4).7.Remove screw (7), washer (6), and cotter pin (5) from bottom of cylinder (4). Discard cotter pin.8.Lift cab transport lift (3) to remove cylinder (4) from mounting brackets (1 and 8). INSTALLATIONNOTERefer to General Maintenance Instructions (WP 0194 00) for complete instructions on connecting hydraulichoses and applying proper torque.1.Lift cab transport lift (3) and aline cylinder (4) to mounting brackets (1 and 8).2.Install new cotter pin (5), washer (6), and screw (7) to bottom of cylinder (4).3.Apply a thin coat of grease to pin (2).
