Fuel lines may retain small amounts of fuel.1.Remove fuel tank drain plug (13) and drain fuel into a suitable clean container. Replace plug.2.Disconnect fuel return hose (18) and remove elbow (11) and adapter (12).3.Trace and tag fuel return hose (18) from fuel tank (14) to elbow adapter fitting (10).4.Remove hose clamps (16) as required and disconnect fuel return hose (18) from elbow adapter fitting (10).FUEL RETURN HOSE INSTALLATION1.Apply a thin coat of sealing compound to elbow (11) and adapter (12) and install in fuel tank (14).2.Install fuel return hose (18) on elbow (11).3.Route fuel return hose (18) and connect to elbow adapter fitting (10).4.Secure fuel return hose (18) in place with hose clamps (16) as needed.5.Replace fuel in fuel tank, start engine, and check for fuel leaks (TM 10-3930-675-10).6.Install engine cover (WP 0143 00).END OF WORK PACKAGE1016181112131418
