AUTOLUBE SYSTEM MAINTENANCE - CONTINUED

AUTOLUBE PUMP REMOVAL
1.
Remove battery compartment cover (WP 0110 00).
2.
Remove three tiedown straps (5) and pull pump wiring harness (6) through hole and out of battery compartment (7).
Discard tiedown straps.
3.
Unplug autolube pump wiring harness connector (3) from wiring harness (4).
4.
Disconnect lubrication supply tube (8) from pressure limiting valve (9).
5.
Disconnect lubrication return tube (10) from pump (11).
6.
Remove two mounting bolts (12), washers (13), and locknuts (14) from pump (11). Discard locknuts.
7.
Remove pump assembly (11) from mounting bracket (15).

AUTOLUBE PUMP INSTALLATION
1.
Install pump assembly (11) on mounting bracket (15).
2.
Install two new locknuts (14), washers (13), and mounting bolts (12) on pump (11).
3.
Connect lubrication return tube (10) to pump (11).
4.
Connect lubrication supply tube (8) to pressure limiting valve (9).
5.
Insert pump wiring harness (6) through hole and out of battery compartment (7).
6.
Plug wiring harness (4) into autolube pump wiring harness connector (3).
7.
Secure pump wiring harness (6) with three new tiedown straps (5).
8.
Fill pump reservoir with grease, GAA (TM 10-3930-675-10-2).
9.
Initiate a manual lubrication cycle to ensure system is working properly (WP 0050 00).
10.
Install battery compartment cover (WP 0110 00).
