TURBOCHARGER REPLACEMENT - CONTINUED

REMOVAL
1.
Loosen hose clamp screws (3) and remove clamps (2) from exhaust and intake pipes (1 and 4) and from turbocharger
(5).

Disconnect oil supply line (9) from fitting (6) on top of turbocharger (5). Remove fitting and two O-ring seals (7 and 8)
from turbocharger. Discard O-ring seals.
3.
Remove two screws (12) securing oil drain line (10) and gasket (11) to bottom of turbocharger (5). Disconnect oil drain
line. Discard gasket.
