SERVO CONTROL VALVE REPLACEMENT - CONTINUED

REMOVAL
1.
Press in on four retaining clips (4) and disconnect four electrical leads (3) from solenoids (5).
2.
Disconnect two hoses (9) from tee (1).
3.
Disconnect seven hoses (2) from fittings (8) at control valve (6).
4.
Remove two screws, washers, and control valve (6) from plate (7).
NOTE
Perform step 5 to remove fittings from control valve, if a new control valve is being installed.
5.
Remove tee (1) and seven fittings (8) from control valve (6).

INSTALLATION
NOTE
hydraulic hoses and applying proper torque.
Perform step 1 to install fittings removed from old control valve, if a new control valve is being
installed.
1.
Install seven fittings (8) and tee (1) on control valve (6).
2.
Install control valve (6) on plate (7) with two washers and screws.
3.
Connect seven hoses (2) to fittings (8) at control valve (6).
4.
Connect two hoses (9) to tee (1).
5.
Connect four electrical leads (3) to solenoids (5).
6.
Check oil level in hydraulic reservoir (WP 0050 00).
