LOCKING PIN CYLINDER INSTALLATION
1.
Install two adapter fittings (13) on cylinder (4).
2.
Install bellows retaining plate (7) and clamp (12) on cylinder (4).
3.
Install four washers (18), two nuts (17), bolts (16), clamp (12), check valve (14), and rubber bellows (5) on cylinder (4).
Tighten clamp.

4.
Insert cylinder (4) into locking pin (8) and secure with pin (11) and new retaining ring (10).
5.
Rotate and pivot cylinder (4) and insert new retaining rings (9).
6.
Slide rubber bellows (5) over retaining plate (7) and secure with clamp (6).
