Final adjustment of folding boom support position is achieved with stop bolts (16) positioned on frame adjacent to fold-
ing boom support (12). Stop bolts should be adjusted so two bushings (11) of folding boom support (12) are in perfect
alignment with stationary bushing (13) mounted in frame.

Determine proper alignment by placing a straghtedge across bushings (11). When boom is in proper position for operat-
ing boom, support locking pin cylinders (TM 10-3930-675-10) and locking pins (14) are retracted.

After installing and adjusting boom folding cylinders (8) and adjusting folding boom support stop bolts (16), operate
boom support locking pin cylinders (14) to ensure locks will retract and extend properly (TM 10-3930-675-10). If locks
do not, repeat step 5.
5.
Check oil level in hydraulic reservoir (WP 0050 00).
6.
Lubricate grease fittings (WP 0050 00).
7.
Start engine (TM 10-3930-675-10).
8.
Check for leaks and proper operation of boom folding cylinders (TM 10-3930-675-10).
9.
Recheck oil level in hydraulic reservoir (WP 0050 00).
