INSTALLATION - CONTINUED
Connect hydraulic hoses (1) to hydraulic pipes (3) (refer to General Maintenance Instructions, WP 0284 00). Secure

hydraulic hoses to boom assembly (8).
10.
Secure wiring harnesses (2 and 6) to boom assembly (8) with new tiedown straps.
11.
Connect boom wiring harnesses (5) to two connectors (4).
NOTE
Use a jeweler's screwdriver to connect electrical leads to boom junction box.

Connect electrical leads of wiring harness (6) to boom junction box (7).

Install boom extension sensor (WP 0100 00). Connect sensor cable to boom junction box (7) and secure cable to boom
assembly (8) with new tiedown straps.
14.
Install boom angle sensor (WP 0099 00).
15.
Lubricate pivot shafts (WP 0050 00).
16.
Install tophandler (WP 0189 00).
17.
Check oil level in hydraulic reservoir (WP 0050 00).

Check operation of boom assembly and tophandler (TM 10-3930-675-10).
20.
Recheck oil level in hydraulic reservoir (WP 0050 00).
NOTE
Replace hydraulic reservoir return filters after 100 hours of operation (WP 0185 00).
