NOTE
Ensure forcing screw pilot is engaged with center of camshaft and puller adapter studs are properly
seated in camshaft gear lifting device.

Install camshaft gear puller assembly (21) and lifting device to camshaft drive gear (19) with two screws (22).
Tighten screws securely.

WARNING
Ensure lifting device remains attached to camshaft gear puller assembly. Camshaft gear and puller
assembly may fall when released. Failure to follow this warning may cause serious injury to person-
nel.

Using lever bar (24), extension bar (25), and torque reaction bar (23), turn forcing screw (26) clockwise to pull
camshaft drive gear (19) from camshaft.
