MALFUNCTION
Faulty pressure hose.
CORRECTIVE ACTION
1.
Remove pressure hose from input side of manifold, install T-fitting between hose and manifold,
and connect pressure gauge to T-fitting.
2.
With engine on, press unstow button on Control Panel and check for hydraulic pressure.
a.
If hydraulic pressure is <100 psi (689 kPa) turn off engine and replace pressure hose
b.
If hydraulic pressure is >100 psi (689 kPa), turn off engine, remove pressure gauge from
T-fitting, T-fitting from hose and manifold, install pressure hose on manifold and proceed
to Malfunction Faulty manifold.

Remove pressure hose from lower fitting on cylinder, install T-fitting between hose and cylinder
and connect pressure gauge to T-fitting.
2.
With engine on, press unstow button on Control Panel and check for hydraulic pressure.

If hydraulic pressure is <100 psi (689 kPa) turn off engine and replace pressure hose from

T-fitting, T-fitting from hose and cylinder, install pressure hose on cylinder and proceed to
